Didacus Jules is the Director General of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS). He has previously served as Registrar and CEO of the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC), Vice President of Human Resources at Cable &Wireless St Lucia, Permanent Secretary for Education in St Lucia, and held simultaneous appointments as Chief Education Officer and Permanent Secretary for Education, Culture, Youth and Sports in revolutionary Grenada. He holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction Educational Policy, an MSc in Curriculum and Instruction both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an EMBA and a BA(Hons) from The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill. Didacus Jules is theauthor of numerous articles and book chapters on educational reform, adult education, cultural studies, and organisational transformation. He is married to Summa Michelle Stephens-Jules.
