Shipping

All Ian Randle Publishers products are shipped from our US warehouse located in Miami, Florida. Books will be shipped to US customers using UPS ground or unless otherwise requested and takes approximately 3 – 5 business days. Customers in Jamaica call (876) 978 – 0745.

Books will be shipped to international customers (outside the US) using the United States Postal Service or unless otherwise requested. Shipping time, depending on location is approximately 6 – 14 days.

Shipping prices are calculated automatically by UPS or USPS on the bases of weight.

Returns

Note: There are no refunds on books. Books may only be returned in exchange for the same titles initially purchased and will only be accepted if books are returned within 30 days of purchase. Only books purchased on this website may be returned for exchange.

Acceptable reasons for return

• Customer was sent the wrong title.
• Customer receives damaged books or books missing pages.
